Bennie Lightsey

Religious services will take place at 11 a.m. Friday at Thibodaux
Funeral Home for Bennie Inez Lightsey, 70, a native of Georgianna, Ala.,
and resident of Thibodaux who died recently.

Visitation will be from 5-10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until funeral
time Friday at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray.

She was the mother of Bennie Morgan; sister of Lulu Bell Booker, Rebie
Alice Smith and Reese Edna Lee.

She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Will Lightsey; sons, Robert
and James Morgan; parents, Joe. Lowery and Addie Kilpatrick Long;
brothers, Aubrey and Rankin Lowery: sisters, Ivieree Suqua and Adell
Whittle.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
