Noe Louque

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Friday at Sacred Heart
Catholic Church in Gramercy for Noe J. Louque, 89, a native of Grand
Point and resident of Gramercy, who died at 4:55 a.m. Nov. 14.

Interment was in St. Joseph Cemetery in Paulina.

He was the father of Huey and Clinton Louque, both of Gramercy, and
Shirley Louque and Evelyn Tastet both of Raceland; brother of Honorine
Gotham, Isabel Bourgeois, Beatrice Schexnayder, Elda St. Pierre and
Prentice Louque.

He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 63 great-grandchildren and 25
great-great- grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two wives, Yola Schexnayder Louque and Edna
Champagne Louque, his parents, one sister, four brothers and four
grandchildren.
