Early Rogers

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at
Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow for Early
Rogers, 68, a native of Cut Off and resident of Golden Meadow, who died
at 4:30 a.m. Monday.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at
Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

He was the husband of Lorida Anselmi Rogers; father of Oliva Guidry and
Karen Rogers; brother of Nola Rogers, Shirley Plaisance, Rose Cheramie,
Ruth Eymard, Carrie Cheramie, Geraldine Mayeur and Mable Loflin; half
brother of Cleveland Rogers.

He is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliva Vega and Edgard Rogers.

Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of arrangements.
