Charlene Deogracias

Charlene Pellegrin Deogracias, 50, a native of Chauvin and resident of
Houma, died at 9:20 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, 2005.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time today at Samart Funeral
Home in Houma. Religious service will be at 10 a.m. today at the funeral
home, with burial in Rogers Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Hank W. Deogracias Sr.; two sons, Hank
Deogracias Jr. and wife, Liz, and Chad Deogracias and wife, Chantell;
three daughters, Victoria Keehn and husband, Justin, Melissa
Vandergrisst and husband, Dennis, and Christy Rodrigue and husband,
Yancy; one brother, Chris Pellegrin; three sisters, Audrey Hebert and
husband, Patrick, Judy Toups and husband, Nolan, and Lisa Pellegrin; and
15 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard J. Pellegrin and Edna
Blanchard Pellegrin; two brothers, Junior J. and Richard Pellegrin; and
one sister, Gloria Sevin.

She was a homemaker and a Christian.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
