She was a native of Franklin, LA and a resident of Houma, LA.Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2014 from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church, Valhi Blvd., Houma, LA, with burial to follow in St. Francis No. 2 Cemetery. Gloria is survived by her sons, Hunt Downer and wife Linda of Houma, LA, Kenny Downer of Sugar Land, TX, Artie Downer and wife Sharon of The Woodlands, TX; grandchildren, Troy Downer, Nicole Downer Hodges and husband Jeff, Angela Downer Aquino and husband Ron, Mary Downer Ditch and husband John, Blair Downer and wife Sunny; great-granddaughters, Lola Downer, Callie Hodges, Sophia and Harper Aquino.She was preceded in death by her husband Frank A. Fabregas, mother Vivian Kirsch, and father, Eugene Dantin.Gloria enjoyed sewing and was a member of the Texaco Retirees Club, Terrebonne Parish Garden Club, and Mulberry Homemakers Club.
