Funeral services for Howard Eugene "Goat" Herron, 66 of Clayton, LA will be held at Young's Funeral Home- Ferriday on Sunday November 18, 2018 at 2PM with Dakota Tucker officiating. Interment will follow at Old Pine Hill Cemetery- Leland, LA, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.

Howard Eugene "Goat" Herron was born on Wednesday, February 13, 1952 in Wisner, LA. and passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at his residence in Clayton, LA. He proudly served in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents- Theodore Herron and Annie F. Bedgood; son- Nicholas Herron; and sister- Freida Rose.

Survivors include: his Son - Christopher L. Herron, Sicily Island, LA; brother- Charles Fondren & his wife Susan of Tallulah, LA; sister- Wanda Bedgood & her husband Steve of Tallulah, LA; 3 grandchildren- Riley, Wyatt, and Gage Herron; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Mike Mulkey, Nathan Tuggle, Chuck Mitchell, Bubba Grimes, Fred Fondren, and Michael Cain.
