Moak Madison Parish, LA April 22, 1932 ~ June 14, 2020 (age 88) From Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home June 16, 2020 Sally M. Moak passed away June 14, 2020, at the Shady Lawn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Vicksburg, Mississippi. She was 88. Sally was born April 22, 1932, in Johnston Station, Mississippi. She had lived in Madison Parish, Hunter Height Subdivision for 50 years. She was a faithful member of Parkview Baptist Church in Tallulah, Louisiana. Sally was preceded in death by her parents, J.P. and Eunice Roberts; her husband, Charles R. Moak, Sr.; her daughter, Bridgett Renee Moak; son, Joseph Rowan Moak; grandson, Joseph Ray Moak; and brother, Cecil A. Moak. She is survived by two sons, Charles R. Moak, Jr. of Tallulah, Louisiana, and Daniel Albert Moak of Natchez, Mississippi; four grandsons: Christopher, Charles, Joseph, and Joshua Moak; and two brothers, Frank Roberts (Carolyn) and Alton Roberts, both of Natchez, Mississippi. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 16, 2020, in the chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home, Tallulah, Louisiana. Visitation will be at 1:00 P.M., followed by the funeral service at 2:00 P.M., with Rev. Jason Lupo officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
