Services for Winston May, 74, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2 PM Sunday, February 4, 2001 at Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Emile Rousseau and Rev. Johnny Hankins officiating. Burial will be in Hasley Cemetery.
Mr. May died February 2, 2001 at Landmark Nursing Home.
Mr. May was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church in West Monroe and was retired owner and operator of May Foods.
Survivors are his wife; Chloie May of West Monroe, LA; three sons: Chris May and wife, Jane of West Monroe, LA; Gary May and wife, Phyllis of Acworth, GA; Kevin May and wife, Patricia, of Marietta, GA; four grandsons: Gregg May and wife, Jamie of Mandeville, LA; Tadd May and wife, Jamie of Marrero, LA; Brett May and wife, Amy of Ruston, LA; Eric Todd May of Marietta, GA; great-grandson; Gavin Avery May of Mandeville, LA; step-grandson: Robert Woodul and wife, Ginger of Charleston, SC; step-granddaughter; Wendy Jacob and husband, Quinn of LaPlace, LA; step-great grandchildren: Alaina, Caitlin, Logan, Reed, and Noah Jacob.
Pallbearers will be the Men's Sunday School Class at Asbury United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be from 5 PM until 8 PM Saturday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
The family would like to thank the staff and employees at Landmark Nursing Home for their loving care.
Winston was the son of Harvey Burkett MAY & Winnie Mae HEARN.
