Dee Whitt Mitchell of West Monroe, a retired welder, died Wednesday. The funeral will be at 10 a.m., Friday at Kilpatrick Funeral Home chapel, West Monroe. Burial will be at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, Monroe.
