John Henry (Buster) Moore, 80, retired farmer of 606 Riverbend Dr., West Monroe, died Sunday at St. Francis Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was a native of Point. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in South Side Baptist Church, Monroe. The Rev. C. L. Warbington will officiate with burial to be in Monroe Memorial Park under the direction of Kilpatrick's Funeral Home of West Monroe.

Surviving Mr. Moore are his widow, Mrs. Fannie Moore, West Monroe; one daughter, Mrs. Vera Jordon, West Monroe; three sons, Arnold Henry and Jerry L. Fordham, both of West Monroe; and Herman E. Fordham, Vicksburg, Miss.; one sister, Mrs. Alice Pylant, Farmerville; ten grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Dwain H. Jordon, Travis L. Jordon, Stanley J. Hebert, Dennis J. Hebert, Gregory Yarbough, Bob M. Jordon.
