Mother of Marsha Clayton Batiste, Lucille Augustine (Ronald) Simmons, Sheila J. Clayton (Anthony) and the late Larry Clayton. She leaves her memories to her siblings: Roosevelt (Ruby), Clarence (Ethel), Carrie Armont, Naomi A. Morris and Donna A. Foley. She is survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Whelmon and Augustine K. Armont, and her siblings Justina A. Watkins, Kirby and Archie Armont. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Marine and Mt. A native of Hester and a resident of Lutcher, he died at 1:08 p.m. Monday, May 14, 2007, at River Parishes Hospital in LaPlace. He was 61. Bishop Robert Williams, III, Age 56, was called to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, July 26, 2015. He lived a wonderful life of teaching, preaching and musically expressing the Word of God.
