DEATH OF A PROMINENT CITIZEN. - Hon. Wiley B. Grayson, a well-known and influential citizen of Franklin parish, died at his residence, of pernicious fever, on the 13th inst. Mr. Grayson had served one term in the legislature, and was the delegate for Franklin in the Convention of 1852 to remodel the State Constitution. He was 63 years old at his death.
