BEFORE ME
THE UNDERSIGNED Third Justice of the Peace for the Parish of
Orleans, personally appeared J. C. Laizer and Hespollill A Lazier
who being duly sworn and did depose and say that they are well
acquainted with Henry Pinta, fmc Philomene Laizer, who apply for a
MARRIAGE LICENSE and know them to be above the age of twenty-one
years.

BE IT
REMEMBERED That Henry Pinta as Principal and J. C. Laizer, as
Surety, acknowledge themselves indebted onto the State of Louisiana,
in the sum of one thousand dollars.
Whereas, the above
bounden Henry Pinta, has applied to THE UNDERSIGNED Third Justice of
the Peace for the Parish of Orleans, and has obtained from him a
License to Marry Ms Philomene Laizer,
Now the Condition of
the above Obligation is such That in case within two years from this
date it should not appear that there existed at the time of granting
such License any legal impediment to said Marriage then and
in
such case the above Obligation shall be null and void, or else it
shall remain in full force and virtue.

City of New Orleans this 27th day of Feb. 1861
