Caldwell Parish is a parish located
in the state of Louisiana. Based on the 2010 census, the population was
10,132, making it the fifth-least populous parish in Louisiana. Caldwell
parish was founded in 1838. The parish seat is Columbia. The parish is
named in honor of the locally prominent Caldwell family. Caldwell County
