This picture was taken in 1920's. (left to Right) Billie Walker, Billie's wife, and John T. Elkins(1866- 1927). John T. Elkins parents were John W. Elkins and Samantha Jane Durbin. John T. Elkins was married to Mary Lenora ( Mollie) Cloud. John and Mollie had moved from Natchitoches Parish to Sacramento, California. John T. Elkins came down to Louisiana to visit all his relatives and on the train ride back to his home in California he died.
