Sam E. Wallette

Natchitoches - Services for Sam E. Wallette will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Blanchard-St. Denis with the Rev. Tony Kerrigan officiating. Burial will be in Fern Park Cemetery.

Wallette, 77, of Natchitoches died at 2:30 a.m. Sunday in Natchitoches Parish Long Term Care Unit. He was retired district superintendent for Exxon Co., USA. He was a native of Campti.

Survivors include one son, Donald E. Wallette of London, England; one daughter, Sammie W. Norfleet of New Orleans; two sisters, Ruth Bailey and Mary Lou O'Quinn, both of Natchitoches; one brother, Henry Wallette of Campti; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 9p.m. today in the funeral home. A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today.
