Mrs. Bill Myers

LAKE ARTHUR - Funeral services for Mrs. Bill (Amy) Myers, 83, were at 2 p.m. today,
Jan. 16, from Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.

The Rev. Gerard C. Smit, pastor, officiated. Burial was in Andrus Cove Cemetery
under direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Mrs. Myers died at 5:45 a.m. Thursday in a Welsh nursing home after a long illness.

She was the former Amy Broussard and was a lifelong Lowry-Lake Arthur resident.

Survivors are her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Harry Shultz of Jennings; one son,
Ernest Myers of Lake Arthur; three sisters, Mrs. L.T. Guidry and Mrs. Curley Courts,
both of Lake Arthur, and Mrs. Wilbert Perry of Welsh; one brother Paul Broussard of
Lake Arthur; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
