MRS. Mrs. Eva A. Henry
Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Arceneaux Henry, 70, were held at 11 am Monday, Jan 10, in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Fr. Oris A. Broussard and Deacon Ed McNally officiated.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

A scriptural wake service, led by Deacon Ed McNally, was held at 7 pm Sunday,
January 9. A rosary, led by the Catholic Daughters, was recited at 4 pm Sunday in the funeral home chapel.

Mrs Henry died at 6:28 pm Saturday, January 8, in the Jennings American Legion
Hospital.

A lifelong resident of Jennings, she was a 1941 graduate of Jennings High School.
She was a retired office assistant for the Jeff Davis Parish Assessor’s Office
and was a charter member of Court Mother Cabrini Catholic Daughters of Americas.

Survivors include one son, James Andrew “Drew” Henry of Broussard; one sister,
Mrs. Charlotte DuPont of Jennings; two brothers, Martin “Teeny” Arceneaux of
Jennings, and Felix F. Arceneaux Jr. of Shreveport; and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers were John Horace Arceneaux, Richard Martin Arceneaux, Martin
Thomas Arceneaux, Morgan Arceneaux, James McNally and Matthew McNally
