Rhule Guidry

LAKE ARTHUR, La., Oct. 9

Funeral services for Rhule Guidry, 53 year old world War I veteran, were held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Lake Arthur Catholic church with the
Rev. Gustave Berube officiating. Burial was in Andrus Cove cemetery with military graveside services conducted by members of Company M National Guard.

Mr. Guidry died from a heart attack at his home in Lake Arthur at 2 p.m. Wednesday, after several month's of poor health.

Survivors are his wife, the former Aurelia Guidry; four children, Miss Effie Jane Guidry, Curtis and Wavel Guidry, all of Lake Arthur: and Golden Guidry who is with the U.S. Navy at Memphis, Tenn; a brother Lucian Guidry, Hayes and two sisters, Mrs. Clemile Duhon, Lake Arthur and Mrs. Alex Trahan Lake Charles.
