Traveling south on I-49, take exit 132 about 5 miles south of I-49 and LA Hwy 6 intersection; turn east and then immediately turn right south once clear of overpass; follow this road for about 5 miles, cross small bridge and turn right south on Old River Road Parish Road 615; travel about one mile and St. Ann's Church and Cemetery are on the left.
